Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Baking temperature: 350 degrees
Baking time: 60 minutes
Yield: 8

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 14 T butter
  • 6 T lemonade

Filling:

  • 2 c rhubarb
  • 2 c strawberries
  • 1 ½ c sugar
  • 2 t tapioca
  • 4 T flour

Instructions

  • Mix crust ingredients with pastry cutter
  • Roll out crust
  • Put crust in pie pan
  • Mix filling ingredients
  • Put ingredients in crust
  • Add top crust
  • Bake
