Hall of Fame

Nominations are due annually by March 1 to be considered for induction within the same calendar year. Nominations submitted after March 1 will be considered for induction the following year.

The Ohio State Fair Hall of Fame was established in 1976 for the purpose of recognizing individuals who have made outstanding contributions toward making the Ohio State Fair one of America’s premier expositions. The Governor selects the inductees into the Ohio State Fair Hall of Fame each year. The nominating committee, whose task it is to make recommendations to the Governor, will meet in April.
