- Food Hall indoor dining vendor - The Ohio State Fair is seeking proposals for a premier food hall concession opportunity in the brand-new Ohio Showcase Building (opening during the 2026 Ohio State Fair), featuring six exclusive kitchen spaces that will showcase Ohio's diverse culinary scene to hundreds of thousands of annual fairgoers starting in 2026.
