Million Dollar Fudge

Yield: 2 pounds

  • 4 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp. of butter
  • 1, 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chopped nuts
  • 2, 4 oz. bars of milk chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 1, 12 oz. bag of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  1. Butter two 9” x 9” baking pans or glass dishes.
  2. Place chocolate chips, milk chocolate, mini marshmallows in large bowl set aside.
  3. Measure vanilla and put it in a small container so it is ready to pour.
  4. Spray 4-5 quart non-stick saucepan with cooking spray.
  5. In sauce pan combine sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk. Stir constantly over low heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to boil and cook for another 6 minutes.
  6. Quickly add vanilla and rest of dry ingredients. Using a wooden spoon, stir until chocolate and marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pans.
  7. Let stand at least 2 hours before cutting. Store in airtight containers in refrigerator.
