Ingredients
4 cups powdered sugar
8 cream cheese, softened
6 mint chocolate chips melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. mint extract
White chocolate coating
Instructions
Cream sugar and cream cheese
Add chocolate and extracts
Place in refrigerator, covered for 30 minutes
Shape into small balls, refrigerate for 1 hour
Melt chocolate coating, tint shade of green with food coloring or colored coating discs
Dip truffles to coat
Chill
