Mint Truffles

Ingredients
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 8 cream cheese, softened
  • 6 mint chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. mint extract
  • White chocolate coating
Instructions
  • Cream sugar and cream cheese
  • Add chocolate and extracts
  • Place in refrigerator, covered for 30 minutes
  • Shape into small balls, refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Melt chocolate coating, tint shade of green with food coloring or colored coating discs
  • Dip truffles to coat
  • Chill
